Hello everyone
I work in the customer service department of a software firm and to be honest I need a change. It's not easy dealing with people's complaints all day. I'd love to work in public relations. I'm really interested in how companies present themselves to the outside world. Has anyone else made a similar career move or do you think it's better to stay in my current position?

Hi Linda! I used to work in the accountant department of a company but I got sick of working with numbers all day. Now,I'm in sales and I much prefer it. I love being with customers instead of being stuck behind a desk all day. I think you should speak to the staff manager in your company about moving to a different department. It worked for me!
