Теоретична довідка
Підрядні речення поступки (Clauses of concession) вводяться сполучниками although / even though (+ підмет + присудок) або прийменниками in spite of / despite (+ іменник / -ing форма). Вони виражають контраст або несподіваний результат. Наприклад: Although it rained, we went out. (Хоча йшов дощ, ми вийшли.) Despite the rain, we went out. (Незважаючи на дощ, ми вийшли.)
