Теоретична довідка
Граматика: Непряма мова: Накази (Reported Commands)
На цій сторінці ми вчимося передавати накази, прохання, поради та застереження в непрямій мові. На відміну від звичайних непрямих речень, ми не використовуємо 'that' і не змінюємо час дієслова. Замість цього ми використовуємо інфінітив (дієслово з 'to').
Структура (Впр. 2):
Reporting Verb + Object (Кому?) + (NOT) TO + Infinitive (Що зробити?)
Дієслова-звіти (Reporting Verbs):
- tell (веліти, сказати): Для нейтральних інструкцій.
Direct: "Do the easy jobs." → He told them to do the easy jobs. (Впр. 1) - ask (просити): Для ввічливих прохань (часто з 'please').
Direct: "Please write a book." → She asked him to write a book. (Впр. 1) - order (наказати): Для сильних наказів.
Direct: "Get out of my room!" → She ordered him to get out... (Впр. 5) - advise (радити): Для порад (часто з 'you should' / 'you shouldn't').
Direct: "You should be a stunt double." → He advised him to be... (Впр. 1)
Direct: "Don't be late." → She advised her not to be late. (Впр. 5) - warn (застерігати): Для застережень.
Direct: "You mustn't touch my things!" → Karen warned me not to touch... (Впр. 4) - remind (нагадувати):
Direct: "Remember to finish..." → The teacher reminded them to finish... (Впр. 5) - persuade (переконувати):
Direct: "Come on! Watch with me!" → He persuaded his friend to watch... (Впр. 5)
Лексика (Vocabulary): Суфікси -al та -ful (Впр. 1)
Ми додаємо суфікси до іменників, щоб утворити прикметники:
- Noun (Іменник) + -ful → Adjective (Прикметник) (success → successful; wonder → wonderful)
- Noun (Іменник) + -al → Adjective (Прикметник) (nature → natural; history → historical; person → personal)
